Yes! Hemp oil is legal in 50 states. Hemp products are legal, but CBD products can’t include intoxicating cannabinoids or THC, regardless of whether the products are naturally sourced or synthetic.
As such, CBD doesn’t fall into this classification. In short, it’s legal!
Some of the active ingredients in our CBD products include light corn syrup, gelatin, wild berry flavored gelatin (for taste), food coloring, CBD extract, and pure sugar.

Horses, dogs, and cats can’t overdose on full-spectrum hemp extract CBD oil.
But, do keep in mind dosage sizes. Ingesting large quantities of CBD oil can lead to sluggishness, sleepiness, and in cases of animals, sometimes diarrhea.
Pet CBD is going to be a little different than horse CBD. To apply CBD oil to a horse, lift your equine pal’s lip and place the dose directly on your horse’s gums.
For both pets and horses, if you decide to add CBD to food, expect effects to occur about 30-45 minutes after administration.

Pet CBD is made only from hemp, whereas CBD for human consumption is often made with other strains of the cannabis plant.
What’s more, CBD products for humans may contain THC that’s toxic for our equine, canine, and feline friends. Some CBD products include ingredients that aren’t healthy and are harmful for animal consumption.
